Music Helps make You Move

Music is one of the great motivational factors... regardless of whether it's working out, or having a night out... listening to the right tunes can decide how much we enjoy what we are doing.

Music can put you into your "zone", makes you desire to move, and boosts your mood.

Why do we like music? Every generation has its own answer. Regardless of the answers both generations agree that it affects their health. It is accomplished in a variety of ways... such as emotions, and reminiscing.

Maybe you've had a bad day, and you're laying on your couch with your headphones on playing the new release from your favorite artist or you're working out.

Music can provide a respite from pain and fatigue to the point that you do not dislike that stitch on your side! It can elevate your mood and increase endurance. A song that is upbeat can motivate you to work harder to make the time spent working out appear as if it went by in a flash.

There's nothing better than hearing the theme of Rocky (Gonna Fly Right Now) and AC/DC's Your Have Nino Brown Shook My Body The All Night Long or Survivor's Eye of the Tiger to make you feel pumped!

While doing yoga or studying what about a quieter playlist or songs like Yellow by Coldplay as well as Mix it up by Bob Marley?

What about dancing the night away to the latest from Taylor Swift or Justin Bieber, what a great method to get together with your pals or meet new people, and exercise! Dancing can even help enhance your balance.

Some believe the soft sound of music can slow people down while eating, making them more aware of what they eat as well as how much they consume.

Certain people listen to music at work to concentrate on their work, (or to simply block out the guy sitting next to them who is always on the phone!) they say that they are more productive and are able to generate more ideas when listening to music because it boosts their mood. There are those that feel listening to music or wearing earbuds throughout the day is considered unacceptable and as if people weren't doing their jobs.

Regardless of what you listen and where there are so many possibilities to listen to music. There are everything from Bluetooth speakers (also great for a backyard BBQ! ) and to Bluetooth earbuds to use along with your armband for your Smartphone while walking or running while enjoying the great outdoors.
